5 Reels, 10 static posts, 10 Story frames monthly; concepts/hooks/scripts/filming guides; captions/CTAs; content calendar; scheduling/publishing on agreed platforms; monthly performance review/recommendations; one revision per asset. Client supplies footage, brand assets and approvals. Filming visits, paid advertising/ad spend, daily DMs/comments, carousels and additional content cost extra. Prices are full payable prices with no VAT added. This is a business-use service.

Can I use phone footage for this service?
Yes, phone footage is perfectly suitable for this service.
Is the £29 trial a recurring cost?
The £29 trial is a one-off purchase with no automatic subscription.
How do I upgrade from a trial to a monthly plan?
Customers must ask Chapter before subscribing for a verified £29 credit. With a verified code, the first month is £320, then £349/month thereafter.
What kind of results can I expect?
While we transform your footage into professional content, we cannot guarantee specific views, leads or sales.
Cancellation and refunds
For the first monthly payment only, customers may request a partial refund by emailing support@chaptergroupco.com within 14 days of payment. Requests in days 1–7 have £50 deducted; requests in days 8–14 have £99 deducted. The £29 trial remains paid and is non-refundable under this voluntary policy, subject to statutory rights.
Direct £349 payments are eligible for a refund of £299 (days 1–7) or £250 (days 8–14). Verified trial upgrades paid at £320 are eligible for a refund of £270 (days 1–7) or £221 (days 8–14). Later monthly renewals are excluded from this voluntary refund offer.
Future renewals can be cancelled free of charge before renewal, effective at the end of your paid billing period. Cancelling renewal alone does not request a refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
