Social Content Service Terms
These terms govern the £29 Try Chapter trial and the £349/month Chapter Content plan for business customers. Prices are full payable prices with no VAT added.
Try Chapter – £29 trial
The £29 Try Chapter trial is a one-off purchase with no automatic subscription. It includes 1 edited Reel, 1 branded static post and 1 designed Story frame. Delivery is targeted within 3 working days after all required information and footage have been received. There is no voluntary refund for the £29 trial under this policy; any statutory rights remain unaffected.
Chapter Content – £349/month
The Chapter Content plan includes 5 Reels, 10 static posts and 10 Story frames per month, together with concepts, scripts and filming guidance, captions and calls to action, a content calendar, scheduling on agreed platforms and a monthly performance review with one revision per asset. The client supplies footage, brand assets and approvals. Any filming visits, paid advertising or ad spend, daily DMs or comment management, carousels and additional content are separate services and may incur extra fees.
Billing, cancellation and renewals
The first monthly payment is taken on purchase and then continues monthly until cancellation. Customers can cancel future renewals without fee via the billing portal at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/bJe8wQdXA3Jz0159WS6kg00 or by emailing support@chaptergroupco.com before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Cancelling renewal alone does not request a refund.
Voluntary partial refund on first monthly payment
A voluntary partial refund is available on the first monthly payment only. To request it, customers must email support@chaptergroupco.com within 14 days of the first monthly payment. Requests made within the first 7 x 24 hours have £50 deducted; requests made after that and up to 14 x 24 hours have £99 deducted. Direct £349 payments therefore receive £299 or £250. Verified trial upgrades paid at £320 receive £270 or £221; the separate £29 trial remains paid. Later monthly renewals are excluded from this voluntary refund offer.
Trial credit and statutory rights
The £29 trial credit is applied once only against the first monthly plan and must be verified before purchase using a personal credit code supplied by Chapter. There is no automatic upgrade from the trial to the monthly plan. Any statutory rights or remedies for faulty or non-delivered services remain unaffected. No specific level of views, leads or sales is guaranteed.
These Social Content Service Terms are separate from the website packages and their three-month minimum term or buyout terms, which continue to apply to website services only.
